4. (103) William Hayes, DE

William Hayes was a little bit of a reach in the 4th round as not many draft experts thought he would get drafted at all.  Hayes is 6’2″, 258 and he dominated at Winston-Salem State but he will likely have some problems adjusting to the speed and power of the NFL.  Hayes played in 30 games (22 starts) at Winston-Salem State and he made 150 tackles, had 37 tackles for a loss, 15 sacks, forced 8 fumbles and recovered 6 fumbles.  It will likely take some time before Hayes is ready to produce in the NFL.

William Hayes, will definitely have a good impact on the Team. His cousins here, from Michigan.
