The Tennessee Titans are on the clock……………

I have conducted a complete 7 round draft for every team in the NFL. If you want to see what I have projected for any other team in the NFL, click on the team name in the right hand margin and go to the team’s Draft Report page if you don’t see the article on the front page of the site. This was a lot of work so I hope you enjoy it.

The Titans need to get Vince Young more weapons on offense and the Titans also need help all over their defense. With that in mind, here’s who I think the Titans will select on Draft Day:

1. (19)Â Dwyane Bowe, WR, LSU

2. (50)Â Victor Abiamiri, DE, Notre Dame

3. (80)Â Brandon Jackson, RB, Nebraska

4. (115)Â Kenny Scott, CB, Georgia Tech

4. (128)Â Rhema McKnight, WR, Notre Dame

5. (152)Â Eric Frampton, S, Washington State

6. (188)Â Dan Mozes, C, West Virginia

6. (204)Â Nathan Bennett, OG, Clemson

6. (206)Â Gary Russell, RB, Minnesota

7. (223)Â Dante Rosario, TE, Oregon

Bowe will likely step right in and be the #1 WR for the Titans. Jackson and Russell were needed additions to the Titans because it’s unlikely they completely trust LenDale White with the starting job at RB. The Titans would be pleased if the Draft shook out this way and they got these football players.

    I like Bowe as well…

I’ve seen way too many mocks with Meachem at #19.

It’s possible that Meacham will be there for the Titans, but the Jaguars have a huge need at WR too and that’s where I projected him to go. You never know though because teams are always changing their draft boards right up until the day of the Draft. I would love to see Vince Young with a true #1 type WR. The Titans could also go defense with their #1 pick and a WR with their second round pick as some decent ones will still be left on the board.
