The Titans sign CB Nick Harper
Signing Nick Harper was a great move for the Titans as it weakens the Colts and strengthens the Titans. Harper played in 15 games last season and he made 75 tackles, had 3 interceptions and defensed six passes. Harper is equally as good against the run and the pass so he should be an impact player for the Titans.
