The Titans running game is what made the offense go this past season. Sure, Vince Young had alot to do with that but the running backs played well for the Titans. They were led by Travis Henry who rushed for over 1,200 yards in a season for the third time in his career. He played in 14 games (13 starts) and carried the ball 270 times for 1,211 yards (4.5 ypc) with 7 TD runs. He also caught 18 passes for 78 yards (4.3 avg). For his career, Henry has played in 78 games (62 starts) and he’s carried the ball 1,321 times for 5,395 yards (4.1 ypc) with 34 TD runs. He also has caught 134 passes for 886 yards (6.6 avg) with 2 TD grabs.

Rookie LenDale White had an up and down rookie season. He got into some trouble during the season for spitting on a teammate in practice, but he did o.k. in game action on the field. He played in 13 games and carried the ball 61 times for 244 yards (4.0 ypc). He also caught 14 passes for 60 yards (4.3 avg).

Chris Brown was the forgotten man on the Titans. He only played in 5 games (3 starts) and carried the ball 41 times for 156 yards (3.8 ypc). He also caught 2 passes for 4 yards (2.0 avg). For his career, Brown has played in 42 games (28 starts) and he’s carried the football 541 times for 2,295 yards (4.2 ypc) with 11 TD runs. He also has caught 55 passes for 539 yards (9.8 avg) with 2 TD catches.

Rookie fullback Ahmard Hall played in 14 games (7 starts) and carried the ball 7 times for 21 yards (3.0 ypc). He also caught 15 passes for 138 yards (9.2 avg).
