The Patriots showed the Titans how far they still have to go to be a playoff team. The offense didn’t play too well for the Titans and neither did the defense. The Titans did score a TD on special teams as Pac Man Jones returned a punt 81 yards for a TD.

Vince Young had a rough game as he completed 15 of 36 passes for 227 yards and 2 INTs. He also carried the ball twice for 29 yards (14.5 ypc) and a TD. Travis Henry had a solid game with 21 carries for 102 yards (4.9 ypc). Drew Bennett had a solid game with 4 catches for 75 yards. Brandon Jones only caught 1 pass, but it was for 53 yards. Bobby Wade also had a solid game with 4 grabs for 33 yards.

Lamont Thompson led the way on the defense with 10 tackles, but the defense didn’t play well at all. The Patriots carried the ball 31 times for 171 yards (5.5 ypc). The Patriots also completed 17 of 28 passes for 243 net yards passing.
