Orr has all the physical talent you look for in a receiver. He has good size (6’1″, 193) and rare speed (4.34 40), but he’s not exceptionally tough and doesn’t like to go over the middle. He tended to coast at Wisconsin, because he always wanted to run deep and didn’t have much interest in blocking in the running game. If Coach Fisher can motivate this kid….he might just have something.

Orr played in 52 games at Wisconsin (26 starts) and caught 107 passes for 1,824 yards (17.0 avg) and 19 TDs.
